The Defense Agent Framework (DAF) is an agentic AI design for defense primes, program offices, and national security agencies. It uses air-gap-compatible architecture, ITAR-aware practices, and security controls intended for isolated mission environments.

DAF is designed to support mission-planning workflows, OSINT processing, and reporting. It runs on the Trunnion AI orchestration framework with a policy engine, audit logging, and human approval checkpoints. Any classified use requires a program-provided accredited environment, appropriately cleared personnel, an approved boundary, and written authorization.
