Scope and information
Viceroy, LLC d/b/a Viceroy NM collects information you submit for employment, such as contact details, location, role and availability, resume and portfolio links, experience, application responses, interview and assessment records, references you authorize, and legally permitted background or work-authorization information later in the process. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial data, medical information, protected-class details, export-controlled data, CUI, classified information, or credentials through the public form.
Purposes and recipients
We use applicant information to receive and evaluate applications, communicate, arrange interviews or accommodations, verify qualifications with authorization, comply with law, protect systems, and establish or defend legal claims. Applicant content submitted through this website is not used to train or fine-tune AI models. Access is limited to authorized hiring personnel and approved recruiting, infrastructure, email, legal, security, and background-check providers as needed.
Retention
Applications not resulting in employment are retained for up to 24 months after the last recruiting activity unless a shorter period is required or you request deletion that we can honor. Hired-candidate records move to the applicable personnel file schedule. Legal holds, disputes, audits, security needs, or law may require longer retention. Resume links may remain under the storage provider you selected; you control that provider's permissions.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or an appeal. Email privacy@viceroynm.com. We verify requests proportionately and do not retaliate for exercising applicable rights.
Accommodation and fairness
For an application or interview accommodation, email accessibility@viceroynm.com or call (505) 633-4162. Do not disclose a diagnosis through the public form. The public website does not use AI to make employment decisions. Any future automated employment tool requires a separate documented review, notice, testing, human oversight, and legally required assessment before use.
