Conformance target

Viceroy NM aims to make this public website usable by people with disabilities. The site is designed and tested against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which is also the technical standard referenced by Section 508. WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 alignment are the design and testing standards this website is built to; an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR, using the current VPAT template) for this website is in preparation and will be published on this page. Until it is published, contracting officers and buyers may request current conformance information at accessibility@viceroynm.com.

Accountable owner

Accessibility for this website is owned by the Chief Technology Officer's web delivery team, which is accountable for the conformance target, release testing, and the remediation commitments below.

Measures and testing

The site uses semantic landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs, visible focus styles, text alternatives, responsive reflow, reduced-motion support, form labels, and programmatic error messages. Automated accessibility checks run as a required, blocking step in the release pipeline, so a change that fails them does not deploy, and representative desktop and mobile pages are reviewed before release.

Report a barrier, and what happens next

If you encounter a barrier or need website content in another format, email accessibility@viceroynm.com or call (505) 633-4162. Include the page, the barrier, the assistive technology involved if relevant, and your preferred response method. Do not include sensitive information. We commit to acknowledging accessibility reports within 2 business days. Barriers that block access to core content or forms are prioritized for remediation, with a target of a fix or a workable alternative within 10 business days; lower-severity issues are scheduled into the next release cycle and we will tell you the expected timeline in our acknowledgment.

Employment accommodations

For an accommodation in the application or interview process, email accessibility@viceroynm.com or call the number above. An accommodation request is handled separately from selection and does not require disclosure of a diagnosis through a public form.

Limits

Third-party content or linked services may have separate accessibility practices. We will provide a reasonable alternative or assistance when notified of a barrier we control.

Necessary technology is always active because it provides security and remembers this choice.
