Our Story
Viceroy NM was founded in 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico with a clear goal: help organizations move faster and operate better in demanding environments. Co-founders Caleb Cobos and Bretton Fischer started by supporting government teams through procurement and logistics, getting the right resources to the right place with reliability, clear documentation, and follow-through.
That early work provided a front-row view of the friction that slows missions down: disconnected systems, manual processes, and workflows built around paperwork instead of outcomes. Those lessons shaped what came next, an expansion into software development, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to modernize the processes behind procurement, operations, and decision-making. In 2023 Trunnion AI was formed as the group's enterprise software and applied AI company, building the multi-agent orchestration framework that now powers the software portfolio. Today both Viceroy NM and Trunnion AI are wholly owned subsidiaries of Duskbridge, the parent holding company.
Today, Viceroy NM serves 19+ federal agencies as both a procurement partner and a technology builder. As a registered ATF dealer, we deliver everything from ammunition to AI, with the same mindset that started it all: earn trust through execution, stay close to the mission, and build solutions that hold up in the real world.
How We're Structured
Duskbridge is the parent holding company. Viceroy, LLC d/b/a Viceroy NM, the Albuquerque-based government contracting company, and Trunnion AI, the enterprise software and applied AI company, are wholly owned Duskbridge subsidiaries operating under their own brands. Inside Viceroy NM the structure is deliberately flat and execution-first: founders, then executive officers, then directors and specialists, with direct reporting lines and no bureaucracy between strategy and delivery.

Bretton Fischer serves as Chief Operating Officer, leading day-to-day operations, logistics, and procurement strategy with extensive experience in supply chain management.
Viceroy NM is one of the few federal contractors operating across both physical product procurement and enterprise software/AI development under one roof. We hold a Federal Firearms License (FFL) as a registered ATF dealer, structure all procurement to FAR/DFARS requirements, and build security-first software engineered to NIST 800-53, CMMC Level 2, and FedRAMP alignment (design and operating standards; formal certification and authorization are not yet held). The Trunnion AI multi-agent orchestration framework, built by our sister company Trunnion AI, powers our enterprise software offerings and is designed for deployment in classified, air-gapped environments.
