- ABAC
- Attribute-based access control. A policy model that evaluates attributes of the user, resource, action, and environment before permitting access.
- ATO
- Authorization to Operate. A formal decision by an authorizing official for a defined system and environment. Viceroy NM does not represent a blanket ATO.
- BPA
- Blanket Purchase Agreement. A simplified method for filling anticipated repetitive needs under applicable terms. A BPA is not represented unless a current agreement record confirms it.
- CAGE Code
- Commercial and Government Entity code. Viceroy NM publishes CAGE 9W6T9; buyers should verify the current official record.
- CPARS
- Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, used for certain federal performance evaluations. Public claims on this site do not substitute for an authorized CPARS record.
- CUI
- Controlled Unclassified Information. Do not submit CUI through this public website or ordinary public email.
- DFARS
- Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, which supplements the FAR for Department of Defense acquisitions.
- FAR
- Federal Acquisition Regulation, the primary regulation for acquisition by executive agencies.
- GPC
- Government Purchase Card, an agency-authorized payment and purchasing method used within applicable policy and authority.
- HITL
- Human in the loop. A design where an authorized person reviews, approves, corrects, or stops a system action at defined points.
- IDIQ
- Indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract. Viceroy NM does not currently represent an IDIQ prime contract.
- LPTA
- Lowest price technically acceptable, an evaluation approach used when the acquisition record supports it. The solicitation controls.
- NAICS
- North American Industry Classification System code, used to classify the industry for an acquisition and connect it to an SBA size standard.
- NIST AI RMF
- National Institute of Standards and Technology AI Risk Management Framework, organized around GOVERN, MAP, MEASURE, and MANAGE. It is a voluntary framework, not a certification.
- PSC
- Product and Service Code, used to identify the principal product or service purchased by the federal government.
- SAM.gov
- The U.S. government system for entity registration and acquisition information. Current registration should be verified in the official record.
- UEI
- Unique Entity Identifier. Viceroy NM publishes UEI NZRVCN4KLUY1; buyers should verify the current official record.
